One of the most powerful ways to access this deep part of our nature is thru a very potent Circular Breath Work.
Soul Voyages Circular Breathwork was born from Clarity Breathwork and Rebirthing before it, in a long lineage of profound tools for transformation, connection to wholeness and healing on all levels – body, mind & spirit. It uses the ancient practice of connected breathing that has been used in cultures around the world, for thousands of years, for healing and attaining higher states of consciousness.
This breath is one of the purest and most effective techniques to release stress and tension, heal and resolve trauma, and awaken to your true Being. This modality is a safe and effective method and you are fully supported while you reach to a non-ordinary state of consciousness, accessing the place inside that holds all your vibrant energy and greater knowing. From deep within, you can experience a powerful shift in yourself and your life experiences.
While this particular modality works best over a series of 10 sessions, deep transformations have been witnessed in a single session.
My own personal experiences, that led me to become a practitioner of Circular Breathwork was that I needed a big shift, I was stuck in many aspects of my life and going thru some pretty heavy grief. The breath allowed me to be comfortable with who I was fully... including my pain, grief and shame... and provided a path into falling in love with myself which opened me to the flow of the abundance of love that is available in the universe that I previously cut myself off from, unknowingly. Intuitively I became more able to choose Joy in the face of all things and now have a finely tuned navigation system to ride the turbulent waves of life with trust and grace. I was able to gain insights and clarity about my life's path and make a big transformation in how I was showing up professionally and in my personal relationships. This lead to a reduction in stress, increased vitality and creativity, and my heart found it's home in Joy! I reunited with my authenticity which allows me to experience the more subtle practices like mindfulness and meditation with a greater ease. I feel that this powerful breathwork is responsible for re-aligning me with my spiritual path and greater connection to the divine just at the time I was questioning all of that. Though I have settled myself into the subtler practices, I return to the circular breath again and again when I feel stuck in old patterns. Life is circular like the breath.
